Nika’s Village is a non-profit organization providing assistance to working single parents. Their mission is
To provide information and assistance in accessing community resources, as well as short term financial assistance, to working single parents.
To empower working single parents with life skills to help deal with the challenges, both emotional and financial, that come with raising children while working.
To provide networking opportunities and educational workshops/classes in health, wellness, career and personal development at little or no cost with an emphasis on those receiving services, “paying it forward” to empower other working single parents.
To provide a “village” that uplifts, encourages, and supports single parents and their children in their journey toward success.
Nika’s Village was ready to take their village further and brand it to more effectively advocate for working single parents. Nika’s Village approached 8393 Creative to develop, and brand their organization for their upcoming It Takes $1 Campaign.
The campaign will be raising $100,000 by August 1, 2018 by asking 100,000 people for $1!! This money will allow Nika’s Village to help more working single working moms and dads!!
