The founder Donna Fitzgerald reached out to us because she was in need of a website. Upon having a consultation with her we walked through Mercyseat current branding, and their touchpoints, and found out they were in need of a logo as well as some business cards and other branding assets to help market and promote their organization.
Our Approach
We’re always excited when we get to collaborate with business owners, and this time was not different. We hit the ground working first one the branding assets i.e. logo, and business cards. We walked through our logo questionnaire with Mercyseat to ensure we were capturing their vision, and their voice. Our graphic designer worked one on one with the founder and created a logo that she loved and approved.
After we finished their branding touchpoints we moved over to the design and development of their website. The client supplied all of the content, and our goal was to ensure her vision of a smooth community experience was delivered. We implemented a detailed donation form, and clearly divined CTA buttons for how to get involved and or donate to their organization. We wanted this website to feel welcoming, and those that are in need of help feel safe even when their interacting with Mercyseat online.
